License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. “You” means the workspace owner and the users the owner authorizes.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the app to manage your own business's bookkeeping, payroll records, invoices, budgets, and compliance documents, and to allow your employees access to the self-service features. Employees may use only the features granted to the employee role.

3. Restrictions

Except as permitted by law, you may not:

• •Copy, resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as a competing accounting service.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• •Circumvent access controls, row-level security, or usage limits.
• •Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to process.
• •Interfere with or overload the service or its infrastructure.

4. Your Data and Ownership

You own your data — the transactions, documents, employee records, and other content in your workspace. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service (including AI document processing you request). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter and for having the right to process your employees' personal information.

5. AI Processing

The service uses AI models to analyze documents, extract fields, and compute expiration dates. Results are automated assistance, not certified or professional determinations, and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating results.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party providers for payments and infrastructure. Those providers process data under their own terms; we do not warrant their services beyond what is stated in this agreement.

7. Term and Termination

The license runs for the duration of your subscription or trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate the license for breach of this agreement, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
