1. Accounts and Access

Access is invite-based. Workspace owners authorize the email addresses that may sign up and assign each user a role (admin or employee). Admins manage the workspace's books, compliance, and users; employees have access only to their own pay, timesheet, and document features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

2. Subscription, Trial, and Billing

New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds are provided except where required by law. Prices may change with notice given before the next renewal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and not to:

• •Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent records.
• •Upload documents containing personal information you have no legal right to process.
• •Harass, harm, or impersonate other users, or gain unauthorized access to another workspace's data.
• •Use the service to evade tax, wage, or labor obligations.
• •Interfere with the service's operation or probe its security.

4. Employee Data and Consent

If you use payroll, timesheet, or document compliance features, you confirm you have the legal right to process your employees' personal data, including any consent required for GPS punch location capture and document uploads in your jurisdiction. You are the data controller for your workspace's data; we process it on your behalf.

5. Financial and Compliance Responsibility

The app is a bookkeeping and record-keeping tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice, and outputs (including statements, payroll calculations, tax summaries, and AI document analysis) are not a substitute for professional advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your records, your payroll and tax obligations, and your compliance with applicable laws.

6. AI Document Intelligence

AI-extracted fields, document classifications, and computed expiration dates are best-effort assistance. Low-confidence results are flagged for your review. Always verify time-sensitive items (such as license and certification expirations) before acting or declining to act on them.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. This Terms does not grant you any rights in the app beyond the license in the License Agreement. Your data remains yours.

8. Availability and Support

We aim for reliable availability but may experience downtime for maintenance or events beyond our control. We may add, change, or discontinue features with notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited as stated in the License Agreement. We are not liable for decisions made based on reports, payroll runs, or AI results generated from your data.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your data, your use of the service (including employee data you process), or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination, workspace data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
